Peninsula & Island
exhibits can be easily configured with these systems, counters,
accessories and lighting.
For example, each panel system configures
easily to square or triangular columns, to which, if you desire,
counters for selling and cabinets for storage can be attached.
Overhead bridges with translucent graphics create an even more
dramatic presentation.
Or, by adding back panels to pop-up
units, a walk-around presentation can be achieved. Also, panel and
pop-up systems can be combined for varied effects. |

| Rental Terms and
Conditions: |
A 50% deposit is required to
reserve trade show display equipment for the rental
period. The balance is due prior to pickup or shipping.
Full deposit refunds will be honored with up to a 21-day
cancellation notice; 50%, with at least a 14-day notice;
nothing after that.
Tandem will arrange shipping to and from your events or
locations. However, the return of rented item(s) on time
and in good condition is customer's final responsibility.
After a trade event, it is the your responsibility to
coordinate final shipping/pickup arrangements and not
simply leave the equipment at your booth area. We will
provide instructions, labels and forms.
Shipped item(s) must be insured for their total
replacement value as indicated in rental agreement,
whether arranged by Tandem or customer. In the event of
loss or damage beyond normal wear while the property is in
the renter's possession, the cost of repair(s) and/or
replacement—at Tandem's discretion—will be paid by the
renter.
Also, a customer agrees to pay additional daily published
rental rates for days late up to two weeks past the rental
period; plus, thereafter, full replacement value of rented
item(s). Customer has option of method of payment. Unless
alternate method of payment is agreed upon, customer
credit card will be charged.
Renting parties must agree
to these terms prior to shipment or pickup.
If ordered within 30 days, a purchase of a new trade show
display of equal or greater value can receive a credit of
up to 100% of the first week's rental fee. |
